Delete your data
ShowdUp keeps your alarms, history and proof on your phone. A ShowdUp account exists only if you joined a Battle, which stores a display name, a companion, battle membership and weekly scores.
From the app
- Open ShowdUp and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete data on this phone, then confirm.
This erases every alarm, attempt, streak and piece of proof stored on the device, and deletes your Battle account, membership and scores from our servers. Nothing is kept afterwards.
If you cannot open the app
Email the developer contact address shown on ShowdUp's Google Play listing from the address you signed in with, and ask for deletion. Your Battle account, membership and scores are deleted within 30 days. Data that only exists on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
What is kept, and for how long
- On your phone: alarms, attempt history and proof, up to two years, removed by the step above or by uninstalling.
- Battles: display name, companion, membership and weekly scores, deleted with your account.
- Purchases: Google Play keeps its own billing records. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in Google Play.
